From your first question to your first lesson.
You do not need to have everything figured out before you enquire. Begin with your learning goal, your current level and a few times that work for you.
01. Tell us where you are starting
Use the contact or trial form to share your name, contact details and course interest. In your message, mention the learner's age, reading experience and what you hope to work on.
02. Discuss a trial arrangement
The team will contact you about your request. Confirm your city or time zone, teaching-language preference and available days. Ask which teacher, lesson platform and materials are proposed.
03. Confirm a plan that fits
After discussing the trial, confirm the number and length of lessons, current fee, payment currency and scheduling terms. Ask any remaining questions before committing to a recurring plan.
04. Create space to keep learning
Keep your lesson link and reading materials ready. Use a quiet space with a working microphone and connection. Ask what to practise between lessons and agree how to communicate scheduling changes.
Good questions to ask.
What equipment do I need?
Plan for an internet-connected device, a working microphone and a quiet space. Confirm the specific lesson platform and its requirements with the team.
Is the trial request an instant booking?
No. The form sends an enquiry. The team still needs to confirm teacher availability, lesson time and joining details with you.
Can I request a specific teacher preference?
Include your language and any male or female teacher preference in your enquiry. Availability needs to be confirmed for your course and schedule.
How many free trial classes are included?
Ask the team to confirm the current trial arrangement when they respond to your request.
Your next chapter
begins with a conversation.
Tell us where you are starting. We’ll discuss the next step.
